San Fermín 2025: Ten Finalist Posters Unveiled for Public Voting

19-05-2025

The city of Pamplona has unveiled the ten finalist posters for the San Fermín 2025 festival, inviting citizens to participate in selecting the official image through a popular vote. The voting process, which started this Wednesday, offers three methods: via the municipal phone line 010, in person at Civivox network centers, or online through the municipal websites. This initiative reflects the city's commitment to involving its residents in the cultural representation of one of its most iconic festivals.

The finalists were selected by a technical jury and are now displayed at the Patio del Condestable, where they will remain until the voting concludes. The winning poster will not only become the face of San Fermín 2025 but will also award its creator a prize of 5,000 euros. The remaining nine finalists will each receive 500 euros in recognition of their contribution to the competition's final phase.

Strict rules govern the competition, including a mandate for anonymity regarding the authorship of the posters until the final resolution. Violations of these rules are considered serious offenses, leading to automatic exclusion from this edition and a three-year ban from future competitions. Notably, this year's competition explicitly prohibited the use of artificial intelligence in creating the posters, a clarification from last year's guidelines.

The jury, composed of eight members including professionals from the arts and design sectors, has emphasized the importance of originality and novelty in the submissions. With the voting period open until May 18 for online participants, the city eagerly awaits the public's choice to represent the spirit and tradition of San Fermín 2025.
