The victim, identified as Ambrosio, was a visually impaired man well-known in the nearby town of Ubrique, where he had previously sold lottery tickets before relocating to Tavizna following his early retirement. According to local reports, the man suffered between 20 and 30 stab wounds, some inflicted from behind, in what authorities are treating as a violent homicide. The Judicial Police of the Cádiz Civil Guard Command has activated the judicial protocol for this case and opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the death.
